Well, Century Fence had the opportunity to take on this great challenge with the new arrival of bears at the Henry Vilas Zoo in Madison, Wisconsin. This was an extraordinary undertaking to secure the site and ensure the bears will be permanently secure in their enclosure.
Century Fence installed a structure most would never even imagine. We installed posts almost four times the diameter of the average posts set on typical jobs (8″ diameter posts). Unique challenges such as this enclosure for the bears could become a huge hassle for general contractors having to babysit subcontractors who do not have the experience or expertise to effectively install a fence for such a project.
