Channels are made of 11 gauge galvanized steel. They are exceptionally strong, will hold up in high traffic areas, and can be punched without distorting. Our 3/4- or 1- inch pickets are attached to the rails with industrial drive rivets rather than sheet metal screws or loose internal rods. Rings, finials, and decorative scrolls are all heavy castings that add authenticity. When completely assembled, this system provides the strongest ornamental picket fence available anywhere.

Every rail, picket, post, and steel casting has a heavy galvanized coating. These parts each receive a series of chemical washes and a non-chromate coating before the outer coat of polyester powder is electrostatically applied and baked in an oven at metal temperatures that exceed 400 to assure complete adhesion of metal surface an polyester outer coat.
